Julián Jiménez Mejía

Managing Partner of JHRCORP

Lawyer from the University of Caldas, specialist in tax law and commercial law from the Universidad de los Andes and a master’s degree in Law with an emphasis on taxation from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. He has more than 25 years of experience in the tax area, has been an advisor to important national and international companies in various economic sectors. Full member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law, IFA and founder of STEP in Colombia.

Bas Horsten

Based in Curacao but with a career-long history of structuring assets for Latin American high net worth families and individuals, as well as fund structuring for alternative asset managers and their investors. Bas holds a law degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Luis Gallardo Rodríguez

Based in Curacao, Luis holds a Bachelor of Law (2011), and qualification as a Civil-Law notary acting as such for a period of 5 years before switching his career to the financial services, specializing in private wealth and corporate structuring for Latam clients. He is currently a Client Director at IQ-EQ.

Darianela Narvaez

Principal at IQ-EQ Investor Services Curacao

She graduated from the University of Curacao with a master’s degree, with further studies at Erasmus in the Netherlands. Marianela has over twenty years of experience in the fiduciary services sector with the main focus on Latin American clients, having worked at two of the largest institutions before joining IQ-EQ.

Tico Maduro

Delivery Director at IQ-EQ Investor Services Curacao

Born and raised in Curacao, Tico has a Master of Law with a specialization in Company Law of the RijksUniversiteit Groningen, the Netherlands. His career started with one of the largest law firms in Curacao, after which he switched to financial services, specializing in Private Wealth structuring for Latam clients with the largest fiduciary providers in Curacao. He is currently Head of Delivery at IQ-EQ.
